Terms and Condition of Booking:

1. DEPOSIT

• 50% or amount agreed (between customer and agent ) for deposit will be collected upon confirmation of booking and non-refundable. 

2. BALANCE

• Balance must be clear 1 month before the travel date.

• Delay payment, penalty charges RM50/group.

• If you have any problem to clear the balance, please let us know 1 month before your travelling date to avoid any penalty charges. Company have a right to cancel the booking if we did not get any feedback from guests without prior notice.

3. POSTPONED / AMENDMENT TRIP

• Any postponed / amendment after flight ticket/ attraction ticket issues is NOT allowed (package and ticket customer)

• Any postponed / amendment allowed 1 month before trip for ground packages. Its compulsory comes with a Proof Document and the approval subjects to Resort. Penalty charges will be imposed based on approval.

• Any postponed / amendment NOT allowed less than 1 month prior check in.

• You are NOT allowed to change the travel package that has been booked to other travel packages

4. CANCELLATION/REFUND TRIP BY THE CUSTOMER

• Any reason for cancellation or refund is not allowed. Should guests cancel the trip at any time, deposit OR full price would not be refundable. We advise guests, please take travel insurance to get a claim.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE

• We advise guests to take travel insurance. Any inconvenience caused is not our responsibility

6. FLIGHT TICKET

• Any reschedule/amendment by Airlines is subject to Airlines procedure.

7. CANCELLATION BY OTHER PARTIES/ OPERATOR

• Any cancellation by other parties such as airlines, resorts, or others related is not our responsibility.

However, customers still can continue the trip. Option that we can provide is to change into a new date for the ground. Any cost on surcharge/tickets will be liable by customer accordingly.

8. MALAYSIA MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (MCO)

• Validity period may be extended only in the case that a government mandated travel ban or restriction is imposed by the Malaysian Government, and/or as extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied onto the preceding validity period.

• Refunds are not allowed for MCO.
